teleport to valley of the scarred

How do i refine my gears and weapons
What about lvl130 gears
8 of each mats for each piece of gear
First step : for each piece of gear you need 12 dragon orb+12
and 12 mirage celestones
for each weapon you need 12 dragon orb +12 and 24 mirages
then go to any elder in any main city ( etherblade, plume city, lost city, tellus city, City of raging tides )
choose refine equipments
the first box you put the gear\weapon you want to refine
the second box you put the dragon orbs
